EPI: I need a new razor.
YT: Yeah?
EPI: Yeah, but it's so annoying ...
YT: What's annoying?
EPI: I've been looking around and I can't find a decent razor any more. It's like all the razors have gone all feminine, with curves [makes hourglass shape with hands in a disdainful manner] and pink or green things on the handles. It's ridiculous.
YT: Oh. And what kind of razor do you want?
EPI: You know, just a plain, steel razor. Just a good solid razor. But all I find now is, like, razors with vibrators on the end ........ what?
YT: Oh, it's so hard being you.
NICELAND WEATHER
Lest we forget what this blog is really about ... great day today. Frosty temps [just below freezing] but no windchill, hence beautiful. I had to go out on a little errand today and decided to wash the car while I was out ... incidentally, do you have the sorts of car washes where you spray your car with tar remover, then rinse it off with water, then lather it up with soap, then rinse it off with water, then spray wax all over it? No? Infinitely more satisfying than the drive-through car washes. - Why I am telling you this? I do not know. Temps currently -2°C [28F] and our sun came up at 11.02 and set at 4.09 pm.
PS. Can anyone tell me why my Flickr badge is not working??
